The item must be returned in new/unused condition. Returns must be unworn, clean, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Any returns with signs of damage or wear will receive a partial refund in the form of a store credit or be returned to the customer.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Zappos, Dillards or any independent retail stores).
We will replace any footwear with quality defects from workmanship or materials within 60 days of purchase. We do not take returns on footwear damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.
Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund.
All shoe care products are not returnable.
Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the refund date.
